Psychic Vegan Cookbook

I’ve been working on the Quick Vegan Travel Guides for some time now, and I recently started putting together a cookbook based on the Mason Braithwaite Paranormal Mystery Series. Mason’s boyfriend, Ned, and their roommate, Peggy, are both enthusiastic vegan cooks, and I wanted to share some of their creativity and vegan techniques. The project is called The Psychic Vegan Cookbook, and I feel Mason’s vibes and share that redheaded scamp’s enthusiasm for good vegan cuisine.
This is just an introductory post, but in the coming weeks I plan to delve into some fun idiosyncrasies of vegan cooking during my research for The Psychic Vegan Cookbook, with a view to motivating me to expand my vegan cooking horizons.
