Henrietta has taught English as a second language to adults in the United States and abroad. She is an avid traveler and has learned over the years how to eat vegan on five continents. Having committed to veganism in the 1990s, she believes in compassion for all creatures. Henrietta lives in California with a spoiled dog, a pair of cats, and a serious Scrabble addiction.
